**We are currently looking for a admin/data entry person for one of our clients located in the Rooty Hill area.**

**Shift times are: 7am - 3:30pm-4pm Monday to Friday**

**Requirements**:

- Someone who is able to answer phone calls and redirect them to the right person
- Scanning and uploading documents into the system
- Basic admin work and receptionist duties
- Data entry, photocopying documents & learning the internal systems
- Drivers licence

**About you**:

- Bubbly and energetic
- Good work ethic and very reliable
- At least 6 months of data entry experience

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toongabbie, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated admin and data entry experience ?: 2 years (preferred)
- Admin / data entry role: 2 years (preferred)
- word, excel and MS office: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
