Lending Associate/Broker Assistant Role

Location: Parramatta/Sydney

About Us

We're a growing mortgage broking business helping clients achieve their property and finance goals. Guided directly by our Director, who has over 10 years of banking and finance experience, you'll gain hands-on training and exposure across a wide range of lending.

The Role

This is an entry-level position where you'll learn the end-to-end process and grow into a long-term career in finance. You'll work closely with the broker, assisting with all aspects of lending — from loan applications to settlements.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Collecting and organising client documents (payslips, financials, bank statements)
  • Assisting with loan application preparation in ApplyOnline/Infynity
  • Helping with settlements and discharges
  • Data entry, compliance checks, and maintaining client files
  • Following up on applications and providing client updates
  • General administrative support for the broker
About You
  • Strong interest in finance/accounting (degree preferred but not essential)
  • High attention to detail — you notice when numbers don't add up
  • Logical thinker with a common-sense approach
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Eager to learn and grow with the business
