About our Opportunity

As a valued team member of our state manufacturing operations in Stapylton, you will work as part of a team to provide an exceptional level of service to our builder customers. This is a fast paced varied role but a typical day will involve ensuring accurate and timely scheduling of deliveries, services and maintenance jobs as well as processing of quotes and sales orders. The role will also have you promptly answering calls from builders to place orders over the phone and promptly responding to a high volume of customer emails.

About You

A great opportunity for someone who can draw on their prior customer service experience. A confident communicator with good organisation and prioritisation skills, you will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of customers who are builders and trades, to respond to their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

You also need:

  • excellent written and verbal communication and strong troubleshooting skills
  • ability to work well within an open-plan large team environment
  • high attention to detail and accuracy
  • a desire to provide excellent customer service
  • ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • previous experience working with SAP, advantageous but not essential
  • ability to commit to Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm
