Job DescriptionIn this Casual role, based in Camberwell, you will be responsible for both the front and back-of-office administration processes across the Administration department. You will be part of the Administration team and report to Administration Team Leader Robyn Vozzo.
You will make an impact by:
- Assisting patients, visitors, staff and medical specialists with enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service when working in reception
- Completing other activities in support of the administration department, as required
To be successful in this role… You will be a dynamic customer service orientated business officer who takes pride and ownership in their work. Your professionalism, ability to embrace flexibility and work in a changing environment will see you settle into your new role well. You care about the way you make people feel and want the hospital experience to be special for the patient, family, medical team and your work colleagues alike.
You will have:
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise
- Ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
