We're looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong partnerships and driving real impact. You'll be the trusted go-to for clients—aligning on their goals, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll also help grow relationships by spotting opportunities, guiding renewals, and reinforcing BaseUp as a partner clients can't imagine working without.
You'll be responsible for:
Reports, reviews and recommendations
Use BaseUp data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights. Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews, logged and tracked in Jira.
Cross-selling and growth opportunities
Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships.
Contract Renewals
Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships. Track renewal success rates and outcomes influenced by your involvement.
Account Management
Support the needs of our clients' day-to-day operations.
Skills you'll need:
2+ Years Experience as a CSM
Minimum 2 years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role.
Data Driven
Comfortable working with data to create reports, insights, and recommendations
Project Management
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Jira / CRM Tools
Strong working knowledge of Jira or similar customer management tools/CRM is a plus
Presenting to ASX accounts
Proven success managing and presenting to clients. Managing publicly (ASX) listed companies will be highly regarded.
