Your Opportunity
Queensland Rail is offering an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a motivated and solutions-focused professional to join our SEQ Assets team as the
SEQ Assets Delivery Manager.
As the SEQ Assets Delivery Manager
,
you will provide strategic advice to the Executive GM SEQ Assets on matters related to, governance, business performance, strategic planning, assurance and risk management, reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of SEQ Assets' strategy, business plans, and associated programs.
  • Drive business process improvements and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and collaboration across enabling functions.
  • Oversee the quality and timely submission of Board and Committee papers for SEQ Assets.
  • Manage key projects and programs, acting as the primary contact for updates and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate strategic analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Champion customer-focused service delivery and core business enhancements.
  • Contribute as a key member of the SEQ Assets Leadership Team.
  • Represent SEQ Assets in internal and external forums, leading strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and integration of risk, safety, and assurance.

  • Proven ability to lead major projects in dynamic, change-driven environments
  • Strong senior-level project management and research skills across complex, multi-disciplinary operations
  • Skilled in influencing and coaching leaders at all levels to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience providing strategic and risk advice
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting executive-level plans and papers
  • Commitment to organisational values and collaborative ways of working
