This is your chance to work across brands such as Lacoste and UGG that blend heritage with hype, supporting our Retail Buyer and being the heartbeat of the buying process—from data and stock flow to brand relationships and in-store impact.
- What You'll Be Doing:
As a Buyer’s Assistant, you’ll be the engine room behind strategic buying. You’ll:

- Own trade reporting, inventory tracking, and post-season analysis
- Support range planning and identify bestsellers, slow movers, and margin opportunities
- Manage orders with precision—think deadlines, data integrity, and buy plans
- Build meaningful relationships with global brand partners
- Oversee inventory flow, EDI compliance, and delivery coordination
- ️ Be a key link between head office and stores, sharing product knowledge and gathering frontline insights
- What You Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, fashion, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) - bonus points for AP21 knowledge
- Experience in retail, buying, or merchandising
- A sharp eye for trends and detail
- A proactive, team-first attitude that reflects Accent Group’s core values
- Exceptional time management and communication skills—you keep things moving and everyone in the loop
