The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Beauty Buyer to lead the charge in curating and scaling a compelling, on-trend, high-performing beauty assortment. If you live and breathe beauty, know what’s trending before it hits shelves, and understand how to balance product obsession with commercial smarts—this is your playground.
You’ll have full ownership of the category, from sourcing the next big brands to delivering profitability, managing supplier relationships, and trading the range for maximum impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute the Beauty buying strategy - driving growth, margin, and customer appeal.
- Build a trend-driven assortment across skincare, cosmetics, and lifestyle beauty with a sharp eye on white space and value.
- Own supplier negotiations and relationships, securing best-in-class pricing, exclusives, and fast access to newness.
- Trade the range with precision—analysing performance, optimising stock flow, and taking action on winners and underperformers.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, planning and logistics to ensure product drops land with maximum impact.
- Champion agility—leveraging marketplace, drop-ship, or tactical promotions to test, learn and optimise.
- Be the voice of the beauty customer internally—bringing insight, passion and pace to every decision.
