Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Estimating Manager located in Carol Park, QLD. The Mechanical Estimating Manager will be responsible for developing cost estimates for mechanical projects, reviewing project specifications and requirements, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring accurate pricing of materials and labor. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, managing budgets, and supporting project bid processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Mechanical Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Budget Management
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Systems, Project Specifications, and Requirements
  • Proficiency in Estimating Software and Spreadsheets
  • Strong Analytical, Communication, and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in fabrication and construction sectors is a plus
