About the Role
This newly created regional role at Putzmeister Oceania (PMO) puts you at the forefront of designing and delivering programs that shape every step of the employee journey – from onboarding to offboarding.
You'll partner closely with the PMO Leadership Team to:
- Lead initiatives that foster engagement, wellbeing, and recognition
- Collect and leverage employee feedback to drive meaningful improvement
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels
- Design communication and change strategies supporting our culture and values
- Inspire and empower employees to grow, connect, and thrive
You'll have the autonomy to innovate, shape key policies, and make a genuine impact on lives at PMO.
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in HR, employee engagement, or organisational development, ideally managing the full employee lifecycle
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management skills, with analytical thinking and a strong attention to detail
- Experience with HR technologies, engagement platforms (e.g., Employment Hero, SAP), and data analytics – including AI platforms
- Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A passion for developing inclusive programs that support wellbeing, psychological safety, and career growth
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience); professional certifications in employee experience or culture highly regarded
