We're now looking for a
strategic and people-focused Employee Experience Manager
to take charge of the full employee lifecycle and strengthen the workplace culture that drives our success.
This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Executive Director, offering the opportunity to shape how our people are supported, engaged, and set up to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment processes end-to-end, from crafting job descriptions to contracts and induction.
- Partner with managers to attract and hire top talent aligned with our values.
- Ensure seamless onboarding that sets new employees up for long-term success.
Compliance & Records
- Maintain accurate employee records, licences, and contracts in line with
Fair Work
and legislative requirements. - Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure payroll, superannuation, leave, and benefits are administered correctly.
- Keep policies and the Employee Handbook up to date, accessible, and consistently applied.
Performance & Leadership Support
- Guide managers through KPI-setting, performance reviews, and addressing underperformance.
- Provide fair and confidential support in managing complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support leaders to coach, develop, and inspire their teams.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs across compliance, leadership, and professional development.
- Identify and implement initiatives that promote growth, capability, and career progression.
Culture & Wellbeing
- Drive wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Champion employee engagement programs that build belonging, recognition, and collaboration.
- Foster a workplace culture that aligns with our mission and values.
Who You Are
You're a people-focused HR professional who combines empathy with commercial acumen. You can navigate compliance and policy while keeping people at the heart of everything you do.
You'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years' experience in HR, people, or employee experience roles.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven success in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience supporting leaders to manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Passion for building culture and engagement initiatives.
