Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager based in Altona, VIC. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of properties, including tenant management, property maintenance, rent collection, and lease agreements. The role also involves conducting property inspections, addressing tenant requests and complaints, managing property budgets, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
