Description

Doncaster Gardens Preschool is seeking a skilled Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality program for a combined 3 & 4-year-old group. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong capacity to differentiate learning, develop inclusive curriculum, and create meaningful partnerships with families. Responsibilities

  • Deliver an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning program for mixed-age groups
  • Maintain compliance with VEYLDF, NQS, Child Safe Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support children's participation, belonging and wellbeing
  • Maintain planning, assessment and documentation processes
  • Collaborate professionally with educators and families

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current VIT Registration (Early Childhood Teacher)
  • Experience gained in Early Childhood
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail
