As a Certificate III Educator for our 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten, you will be part of a team delivering early learning programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children.
This is a part-time ongoing role, working 36 hours per fortnight, commencing at the start of Term 1 in 2026.
Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:
- Support the development and delivery an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child
- Help to increase enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs
- Participate in delivering a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.

In addition to your salary under the VECTEA + super, you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
Additionally, you will have access to:
- 60% discount for eligible employees on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service.
- Up to 10 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers (4 for secondary).

You will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
