What You'll Do:

As our Merch Flow Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of store operations, ensuring the sales floor is full, organized, and ready to delight every customer.

You will:

  • Lead back-of-house operations with a strong focus on efficiency and detail
  • Support the Sales Leadership Team in achieving total store results
  • Coordinate and prioritize merchandise processing and replenishment
  • Ensure all styles, sizes, and colors are consistently represented on the floor
  • Partner with Visual and Category Leaders to execute merchandising strategies
  • Maintain high standards for backroom and understock organization
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures including damages and testers
  • Analyze reports to identify opportunities and create action plans
  • Reinforce a shrink-aware culture through organization, accountability, and associate engagement

What You Bring:

  • A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience leading or supporting teams in retail operations or merchandising
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to use tools and data to drive strategy and results
