The Role:

As our Bar Supervisor, you'll be a key player in keeping the good times flowing. You'll support the Bar Manager, lead by example, and make sure our bar runs smoothly every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising bar staff and making sure service is top-notch
  • Training and motivating the team
  • Helping manage stock, ordering, and cash handling
  • Jumping on the floor or behind the bar when things get busy
  • Keeping the vibe fun, friendly, and safe for everyone

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous bar/hospitality supervisory experience
  • A natural leader who thrives in a busy, social environment
  • Strong knowledge of drinks (bonus points if you can pour a perfect Guinness)
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work nights and weekends
