What You'll Do

As our Merch Flow Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of store operations, ensuring the sales floor is full, organized, and ready to delight every customer. You will:

  • Lead back-of-house operations with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the Sales Leadership Team in achieving total store results
  • Coordinate and prioritize merchandise processing and replenishment
  • Ensure all styles, sizes, and colors are consistently represented on the floor
  • Partner with Visual and Category Leaders to execute merchandising strategies
  • Maintain high standards for backroom and understock organization
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures including damages and testers
  • Analyze inventory and performance reports to identify opportunities and take action
  • Reinforce a shrink-aware culture through strong organization, accountability, and associate engagement

What You Bring

  • A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience leading or supporting teams in retail operations or merchandising
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to use tools and data to drive decisions and improve performance

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical strength and stamina. Applicants must be comfortable with:

  • Lifting, carrying, and moving boxes of merchandise (up to 15kg)
  • Working on their feet for extended periods
  • Performing tasks that involve bending, stretching, and climbing ladders
