Senior Account Director
to lead expansion across the company's most strategic customers.
This role is suited to a seasoned hunter who thrives in complex environments, knows how to navigate enterprise structures, and is motivated by building deep, multi-level relationships that drive transformative outcomes.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Account Director will own growth across the top 10 enterprise accounts. This is
not a pure farming role
— success will come from uncovering new business units, shaping strategic engagement plans, and closing sophisticated, high-value deals.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute tailored growth strategies for each enterprise account
- Continuously refine account plans to align with evolving client and market needs
- Drive multi-stakeholder engagement across complex organisational structures
- Identify and penetrate new business units through outreach, referrals, and events
- Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly ARR targets
- Lead structured discovery sessions to understand client pain points
- Qualify opportunities using consultative frameworks and value-driven techniques
- Recommend solutions built on a flexible low-code SaaS platform
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close
- Negotiate strategically to protect pricing, margin, and timelines
- Ensure CRM and pipeline data is always accurate and up to date

About You:
- Proven hunter in
enterprise SaaS sales
, ideally in compliance, risk, data, or operational tech - Strong consultative seller, confident with complex multi-stakeholder engagements
- Skilled at navigating large enterprise structures and building executive-level trust
- Tech-savvy, commercially astute, and highly proactive
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment
