You'll work closely with internal departments-including Sales, Production, and Manufacturing-ensuring smooth execution of client requests, from product concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set portfolio of clients.
  • Manage a range of operational tasks including quoting, order entry, and daily dispatch reporting.
  • Oversee new product and card design launches-from brief and sampling to production and dispatch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality is consistently met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client queries or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare client reports, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support internal team productivity and contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, security, and operational protocols.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing or office-based role (account management preferred).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills-you'll be juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent email and inbox management.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • CRM experience and a willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
  • A proactive mindset with a problem-solving, can-do attitude.
  • A current National Police Check.
