About the role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll deliver tailored in-home and community-based care that supports older adults and people with disabilities to live independently. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise Allied Health Assistants and students, and drive service excellence across our At Home Aged Care division.
This is a 12-month fixed term maternity cover,
with a potential to extend based on performance, funding, and team requirements at the time.

  • Deliver tailored care through assessments, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
  • Lead and mentor physios, assistants, and students to ensure top-quality service.
  • Manage caseloads and referrals across aged care and disability programs.
  • Promote physiotherapy services to grow and improve care offerings
  • Collaborate for better outcomes through education and service innovation.
  • Keep records sharp using Carelink+ and meet compliance standards

About you

  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care
  • Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads effectively
  • Current driver's licence and valid police check
