Aurora Tenement Consulting is a modern consulting company with a customer-first mindset. We specialise in providing exploration and mining title services throughout Australia.

Our focus is on delivering efficient, cost-effective, and tailored tenement management services to ensure our clients' assets remain in good standing. We also provide in-depth advice and support in ground acquisition, due diligence, transfers, and auditing.

With strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, we stay up to date with industry developments to provide accurate, practical, and timely advice to our clients.

Tasks

  • Prepare tenement applications, supporting documents, and regulatory correspondence.
  • Use online portals and mapping systems to advise on ground availability, conditions, and restrictions under each jurisdiction.
  • Manage rents, annual fees, expenditures, and reporting obligations.
  • Lodge expenditure reports, annual technical/exploration reports, partial relinquishment reports, and final reports via government online portals.
  • Prepare renewal, exemption, and variation applications.
  • Prepare stamp duty assessments and title transfer applications.
  • Assist with the Native Title process in relation to tenement applications.
  • Provide other administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Law or Geology (highly desirable).
  • Motivated and organised individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High competency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
