Join an established builder at the early stages of a landmark commercial development in Brisbane West.

This is a key leadership position that will partner with the project manager in overseeing all site-based operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role suits a manager with proven experience in complex multi-storey commercial construction projects.

What we're looking for: 

  • Proven track record as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on multi-storey commercial projects up $80M in value.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural concrete, façades, and high-end finishes
  • Ability to lead teams, manage logistics, and problem-solve on the run
  • Strong WHS focus with a commitment to delivering on time and to budget

This is a chance to play a pivotal role on a complex, high-profile build from the ground up. We are also looking for experienced foremen with extensive knowledge in high-rise structures, multi-residential finishes, and façades to join ongoing commercial projects.
