Join a dynamic business environment on a 12 month fixed-term contract, where you'll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to shape growth through data driven insights and high impact financial analysis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially astute and analytically driven Corporate Finance Analyst to contribute across a broad range of initiatives, from M&A and treasury to strategic modelling and commercial partnerships. Responsibilities include:

  • Play a key role in supporting M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuations, investor presentations and data room management.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Information Memorandums, board reports and strategic insights.
  • Maintain a robust group wide three way cash flow model to support financial planning and performance tracking.
  • Provide insightful analysis on new business models, market expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct scenario planning, risk analysis, and commercial reviews to support data driven decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, people, commercial and operational teams on a variety of projects.
  • Drive the preparation of internal presentations and reports to influence strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A business-qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3 - 6 years' experience in corporate finance, commercial analytics, or transaction services.
  • Strong background in financial modelling and valuation, with a solid grasp of DCF, comps and precedent transaction methodologies.
  • Proven exposure to M&A processes (buy or sell side), due diligence and data room management.
  • High-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for detail and a head for strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, curiosity, and confidence to challenge assumptions and drive better decisions.
