OUR CLIENT:Two opportunities available in Melbourne's North and Western suburbs. Seeking a site manager with medium density / town home experience. Builder offers longevity & stability, with opportunities made available due to growth

THE ROLEReporting to the Construction Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising construction of medium density projects throughout the entire build process.
  • Arranging supplies of material and equipment ad verifying delivery
  • Maintaining and updating our system
  • Monitoring and strictly controlling ETS spending
  • Ensuring regular, consistent, and informative communication with your Construction Manager and fellow Supervisors
  • Complete quality assurance inspections during the construction
  • Applying sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must have residential experience with Townhome / Medium density builds.
  • Experience with coordinating and managing trades personnel
  • Ability to program / schedule trades
  • Thorough understating of party walls and fire separation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Current drivers license
