Our client provide a range of services across WA, specialising in commercial developments, civil construction, government infrastructure works, subdivisions, underground services and residential developments. They are a family owned and operated business with over 50 years' industry experience.

Working alongside Senior Management, They seek a Civil Site Supervisor working on sub divisions in the Northern Suburbs. On offer is a permanent role.

About The Role

  • Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
  • Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management
  • Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs
  • Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings
  • Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, supervising in the construction industry
  • Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, including recording site progress
  • Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs
  • Solid safety focus and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required
  • Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable
