About the role:

Enrolled Nurse

  • Deliver nursing care under RN supervision: medication admin, wound and chronic disease management, assessments
  • Support with personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and daily routines
  • Promote community participation and emotional wellbeing
  • Monitor health status and escalate clinical concerns
  • Maintain clear records and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams
  • Commit to continuous learning and uphold clinical excellence
  • Proactively communicate with the Director regarding risks or concerns

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in community, aged care, or disability support
  • Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and documentation skills
  • AHPRA unrestricted registration
  • Blue Card
  • Yellow Card
  • Police Check (within 12 months)
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Proof of MMR, Tetanus, Hep B and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable, clean and insured vehicle
