Sunnymeade Park Aged Care Community based in Caboolture is looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Care Team.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Providing nursing and personal care to support residents' independence, safety, and wellbeing
  • Assisting and supporting with personal cares and daily living activities
  • Supporting and guiding care staff in the safe and effective delivery of care
  • Working collaboratively as part of a caring and professional team

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring chronic conditions and assessing the need for resident-specific nursing care and advice
  • Collaborating with RNs, GPs, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals, and families to optimise resident outcomes
  • Following individualised nursing and wound care plans (wound care experience desirable)
  • Providing wound care and management plans under the guidance of RNs
  • Applying Infection Prevention and Control best practices in all clinical interactions
  • Care and monitoring of urinary catheters and stomas
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills in the delivery of safe care
  • Delivering education and support to care staff under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator
  • Attending monthly team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Upholding all AHPRA requirements and ethical standards
