What You'll Do
  • Lead dynamic group fitness sessions that challenge, inspire, and empower members
  • Deliver exceptional coaching with a focus on technique, safety, and progression
  • Build genuine connections with members to keep them motivated and accountable
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels like they belong
  • Support the team by living Fitstop's mission, vision, and values every day
  • Continuously upskill and invest in your own development and that of the community

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for group fitness and a proven ability to coach and inspire
  • Energetic, approachable, and community-minded attitude
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth, you want to get better every day
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people from all walks of life
  • Availability to train during peak hours and a commitment to being part of a high-performing team
  • Previous experience in group fitness or a similar role is highly valued (but not mandatory if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn)
