Product Owner

Titan FX is on a mission to redefine the online trading experience. We're a high-performance technology driven company offering innovative platforms and exceptional customer service to traders globally. We're now looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep knowledge of online trading systems to take end-to-end ownership of product development for our core platforms and services.

This role demands strong domain knowledge in online trading, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage third-party integrations. This role will be embedded within cross-functional squads, working closely with Operations, Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for one or more critical product areas (e.g., payments, client cabinet, etc.).
• Translate customer needs, market conditions, and business goals into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Prioritise backlog items using a value-driven approach (customer impact, regulatory need, or business efficiency).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and clear
  
  communication across squads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align the roadmap with broader product strategy and company OKR.
• Work closely with UI/UX, development, QA, and business teams to align product delivery with strategic goals, acting as the key liaison between technical execution and business needs.
• Present and validate proposed solutions with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse feature performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and trading regulations across all delivered features

Required skills and experience

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the online trading or fintech industry
• Deep understanding of third-party integrations such as liquidity providers, payment
  
  processors, KYC vendors, and CRM tools
• Experience with trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, cTrader, or proprietary systems)
• Familiar with KYC/AML, regulatory requirements, and risk management tools
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and manage complex backlogs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience aligning stakeholders across business and tech
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar
• CSPO or PSPO Certification is a plus
