Primo Plastics manufacture several standard packaging bottles and jars, along with the associated caps, in wholesale quantities to meticulous standards.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team in a permanent full-time role.

Your new role

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out service and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, provide breakdown support, diagnose faults, and working closely with a skilled team to achieve exceptional results.

Main duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a variety of machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Escalating problems to engineers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring the equipment or process being attended to is safe and fit for purpose.
  • Maintaining company assets to help preserve service life.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on any significant findings.
