The
People and Culture (P&C) Administrator
plays a key role in supporting both the P&C team and employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle. From recruitment to onboarding, and ongoing employee support, this role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace experience.

, providing vital administrative support, responding to employee queries, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you will be doing…
- Providing administrative support to the P&C and L&D team, including data entry, document preparation, and internal communications.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting with onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and system updates are completed.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including handling documentation and candidate communications.
- Processing and tracking uniform orders while maintaining inventory records.
- Coordinating bookings for medical assessments and other employee requirements.
- Responding to employee queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Supporting compliance administration, including licences, certifications, and work rights verification.
- Assisting with organising company events and HR-related initiatives.
- Contributing to process improvements within the P&C and L&D team.
Do you have…
- Experience in an, administrative, or office support role, HR Administration highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and people-focused mindset.
- Confidence using HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
