We currently have positions available for experienced:

· Slaughterers

· Meat boners & Slicers

· You need to process the following experience & skills:

· Previous experience as a Skilled Slaughterer, Boner, Slicer with lamb & mutton , including:

o Preparing carcasses for further processing

o Cut sides & quarters into primal meat cuts

o Deboning and slicing primal cuts to Company and export standard

o High standard of hygiene practices & willingness to follow Company WHS policies and procedures

· Ability to work in a team is essential

· Be physically fit

· Must have own transport

We have several positions to fill:

· Monday to Friday plus regular overtime

· Permanent full-time position

All applicants must undertake a full pre-employment medical & drug test as well as having a Q-Fever vaccination or have proof of a prior Q-Fever vaccination.
