Wagstaff Cranbourne Pty Ltd is a leading Lamb & Mutton meat processor located at Cranbourne East, south-east of Melbourne Victoria.

**Job description**

We currently have positions available for experienced:

- Slaughterers
- Meat boners & Slicers
- You need to process the following experience & skills:

- Previous experience as a Skilled Slaughterer, Boner, Slicer with lamb & mutton, including:

- Preparing carcasses for further processing
- Cut sides & quarters into primal meat cuts
- Deboning and slicing primal cuts to Company and export standard
- High standard of hygiene practices & willingness to follow Company WHS policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team is essential
- Be physically fit
- Must have own transport

We have several positions to fill:

- Monday to Friday plus regular overtime
- Permanent full-time position

All applicants must undertake a full pre-employment medical & drug test as well as having a Q-Fever vaccination or have proof of a prior Q-Fever vaccination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Skilled Meat Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
