- Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on achieving high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required, ensuring consistency and strong leadership across all areas of school life.

What You Bring:
- Demonstrate a proven capacity to lead curriculum and pedagogy in ways that improve learning outcomes for all students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain positive, productive relationships within and beyond the school.
- Bring a strategic mindset and the ability to influence whole-school improvement, backed by experience in managing people and resources.
- Demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to ethical leadership and inclusive practices.
