We invite applications for a temporary full-time Deputy Principal commencing 22 January 2026 until 26 June
2026, unless otherwise determined. The successful applicant will work as a member of the executive leadership team, alongside three other Deputy Principals to drive the school's explicit improvement agenda and positive outcomes for students within the Senior Sector of the school.

Your Role:
As Deputy Principal, you will contribute to shaping the future of education at Southport Special School. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement evidence-based teaching and learning programs.
- Utilising student data to drive continuous improvement and personalised learning strategies.
- Supporting a positive school culture through the promotion of explicit teaching, the Science of Reading, and Positive Behaviour for Learning.
