ALC is a growing company delivering high-quality commercial projects across Adelaide metro and regional areas. With a strong pipeline of work and certified Quality (ISO 9001) and Safety (ISO Management Systems, we're serious about doing things properly — and we expect the same from our team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and motivation
  • Experience in various aspects of landscaping construction
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent trade skills)
  • Confident executing quality construction outcomes
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
  • A commitment to doing the job right, safely and efficiently
  • White Card and Working With Children Check (DHS clearance)

You'll Be Doing:

  • Hardscapes including paving, retaining walls, concrete. Softscapes including irrigation, turf, planting, etc. Installation of furniture, play equipment, various structures
  • Projects include schools, aged care, commercial properties & industrial areas,
  • Working to deadlines without cutting corners
  • Adhering to all OH&S and company procedures
  • Contributing to high-quality commercial landscaping outcomes
