**Position**:
Business Unit Manager - Cloud

Are you ready to be a part of a leading IT distributor that's on the cutting edge of Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Cloud solutions? Arrow is looking for a talented and experienced Business Unit Manager - Cloud to join our team and take charge of vendor management across the assigned pillar, maintain and build strong relationships with our vendors and channels, and support new vendor acquisition.

In this role you'll also be responsible for managing and developing a team of business managers and technical staff. You'll collaborate closely with other department stakeholders to execute company strategy and take our business to the next level. **What You'll Be Doing**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
- Manage and support deal commercials, margin approvals, and forecasting
- Develop and execute business plans to support growth targets and market share objectives
- Drive significant growth and market share for our vendors
- Identify new vendor acquisition opportunities to expand the product portfolio
- Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**What We Are Looking For**
- Proven experience in a vendor management or business management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in driving growth and market share
- Good understanding of the IT industry, Data Centre, Cyber Security, Cloud solutions, and the vendor landscape
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
