About This Service:

Playmates Early Learning Centre is a privately owned service located in Aspendale Gardens. We are a 60 place center with four rooms consisting of a Mini-Toddler, Toddler, Pre-Kindergarten and Four year old Kindergarten. Opening form 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday

Our team are dedicated Educators who believe that each child is unique and aim to engage in Children's learning of content through a play based approach.

We have an opportunity for multiple Trained Educators to join our team:

  • Be available for any shifts between 7.00am to 6.00pm, have suitable transport (e.g. car for early/late start/finish)
  • Must be available to work 3-5 days a week
  • Experience with and an understanding of the EYLF/NQS
  • Be available to attend out of hours meetings and professional learning
  • Be reliable, self-motivated and have a genuine interest in children's learning

Our Educators are highly valued and are supported in their work with children.

About You:

  • ECT, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate IIl

  • Practical knowledge of the EYLF

  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • A current Working with Children's Check (WWC)
  • Provide a minimum of two Professional references (one from your most recent employer)
