Current Opportunities – Commencing January–February 2026

We're currently seeking dedicated educators to join our growing team in the following roles:

  • Room Leader and/ Second in Charge of Toddler Room 2–3 years or Preschool Room 3–6 years)
  • Part-time Cook / Chef and Certificate 3 Educator

Start date: Between 6 January 2026 and 9 February 2026


About Us

Located in Stanhope Gardens, Pearls of Wisdom Early Learning Centre is a newly established, purpose-built 62-place service for children aged 0–6 years.

Our mission is to nurture curious, confident, and capable learners in a warm, inclusive, and high-quality educational setting.


Who We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who:

-Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for early education

- Communicate confidently and professionally with families, children, and colleagues

- Work collaboratively within a supportive team

- Demonstrate strong leadership, observation, and documentation skills

- Are committed to continuous learning and growth

- Can work a rotating roster between 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday (permanent part-time or full-time, minimum 3 days)

- Have 3–5 years of early childhood experience (preferred)


Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • CHCPRT025 – Identify and Respond to Children at Risk
  • HLTAID004 / HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
  • Food Handling Certificate

All certifications must be current prior to commencement.
