At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program is our commitment to supporting our team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including:

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. Using your strong focus on the image of a child, collaboration is key in providing a setting where you can ignite creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well-resourced and planned environment.

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
- A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
