As our new Project Assurance Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead in delivering professional and highly valued technology advisory services to our clients.

• Engage directly with clients, serving as both role model and trainer while demonstrating exceptional client service.

• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks during all stages of projects while fostering a risk-aware culture among project teams.

• Review delivery, governance and risk management of complex transformation programs. Including reviews of:

  • Ongoing system implementation.

  • Project health checks.

  • Project governance.

  • Traceability.

  • Project risk management.

  • System integration.

  • System testing.

  • Data migration.

  • Business change management.

  • Benefits management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring effective risk management practices are integrated throughout all projects.

Key attributes for success in this role include:

• Having 6+ years' experience in industry or professional services with excellent project management skills.

• Knowledge of ISO31000:2018 - Risk Management Standard requirements; PMboK; MSP; Prince 2; System implementation methodologies including Agile, DevSecOps and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience interacting effectively with stakeholders fostering trusted relationships.

• A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Information Systems) would greatly strengthen your application.
