Zudello is an Australian automation tech company specialising in using Machine Learning to extract data from different systems and documents, enabling end-to-end automation of business processes. Our Software-as-a-Service platform is used by businesses across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health, and Not-for-Profit.

• Understand Client Needs: Join discovery sessions to learn about and document client requirements, helping design tailored solutions across various business functions.
• Solution Rollout: Support the delivery and implementation of software solutions, ensuring smooth integration and configuration.
• Customisation Collaboration: Work with the tech team to tailor solutions based on client needs, learning as you go.
• Client Engagement & Sales: Actively manage client accounts, learning consulting and sales skills simultaneously to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
• Project Support: Assist in managing implementation projects, helping keep them on track and within budget.
• Onboarding and Go-Live: Help guide clients through onboarding, testing, and go-live processes.
• User Documentation: Contribute to creating clear documentation to educate end-users on application features, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with testing and quality checks on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Recent graduate with a degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field
• Outstanding academic performance (high GPA)
• Highly driven personality with a passion for taking on calculated risks and seizing growth opportunities
• Keen interest in business processes (e.g., operations, supply chain, finance, HR, or procurement)
• Confidence in communicating with clients and working in a team
• Ability to think logically, learn quickly, and manage tasks effectively
• Bonus: Any exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, MYOB, Xero) through coursework or internships
• Bonus: Interest in SaaS, system implementation, or workflow automation
