Genuine Car Service, a leading provider of premium automotive services, is seeking a talented BMW and Mercedes Technician to join our expert team in Carlingford, NSW. As a full-time BMW and Mercedes Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of these prestigious German vehicles. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  2. Conducting all necessary repairs and maintenance to the highest standards
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients
  4. Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest BMW and Mercedes-Benz technologies, tools, and repair methods
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a BMW and Mercedes-Benz Technician
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  3. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  6. Passion for the automotive industry and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
  7. Can speak Cantones and Mandarin prefer.
