Buderim Views is a 120 bed residential aged care facility bordering the coastal hinterland of Buderim Queensland. Buderim Views is close to shops, banks, schools and medical services, while still being a part of the charming and friendly Buderim village, while being only a short 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast’s fabulous beaches.

**The Job**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
