Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site hybrid role for a Human Resources Coordinator/Rostering Coordinator located in Cowandilla, SA. You will be responsible for:

  • Daily HR management, contract administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.
  • Develop and manage staff rosters in accordance with service requirements, staff availability, and compliance obligations.
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage by proactively identifying and addressing staffing gaps.
  • Allocate shifts based on staff profiling, training, and client preferences.
  • Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changes in service demand or staff availability.
  • Monitoring patterns in staff behaviour and recording leave behaviour as required.
  • Managing the implementation of Operating System "Salesforce (Lumary)"
  • Workforce Coordination
  • Compliance and Administration Support

Qualifications & Skills

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and practices
  • Experience in rostering, workforce planning, or scheduling within the healthcare, disability, aged care, or community services sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of relevant industrial awards (SCHADS), enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Experience in Salesforce/Lumary Operating System Highly Desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in workforce allocation/rostering coordination is preferred
  • Provide Current Clearances such as a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening.
