Are you a skilled and motivated Electrician looking for the next step in your career? Hughes Electrical Group is an established provider of premium electrical solutions, specialising in high-end residential projects and aged care maintenance.

As we continue expanding into Sydney and regional NSW, we're looking for a dedicated tradesperson to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy, and wants to work with a company that truly values its people. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, develop your technical skills, and have the opportunity to grow as we continue building our presence in NSW.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality electrical services for high-end residential projects
  • Provide ongoing maintenance for aged care facilities across Sydney and surrounds
  • Manage your own jobs and schedule while liaising with our Perth-based team
  • Complete work orders on time and to a high safety and workmanship standards
  • Adhere to Australian Standards and company procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Working Rights – Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
  • Qualifications – A-Grade Electrical Licence, White Card, Working at Heights certification
  • Experience – Minimum 2+ years post-apprenticeship trade experience
  • Skills – Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's Licence – Current full Australian licence
  • Flexibility – Willingness to work across Sydney and regional NSW
