We're Hiring: Perm Part-Time Educator – Busy Bees at O'Connor

Location: O'Connor, Perth, WA

Licensed Capacity: 73 places

Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

About the Role

As a Part Time Permanent Educator, you will:

  • Create and deliver engaging learning experiences based on the EYLF and NQS
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Contribute to documentation, planning, and reflective practice
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support children's growth

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Previous experience in early learning (preferred)
  • Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
