About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As a Product Management Director for Slack Team, you will be leading our Agents in Slack team, focusing on the admin and builder experience. The Slack and Agentforce platforms are critical for customers to build custom, AI-powered solutions that extend Slack in ways that are unique to their business and empower people and agents to work together. Enabling admins and builder to create, manage, and deploy these agents is a top company priority.

This role will focus on defining the future of how AI agents are built, managed, and deployed in Slack. You will own the admin and builder experience, from how they configure and install agents in Slack.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and execution for some of our most important enterprise surfaces. This role calls for a proactive leader with exceptional taste in user experience, a deep sense of ownership, and the ability to autonomously drive ambitious projects from initial concept to successful launch and iteration.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the product vision for the Agents in Slack admin and builder experience, and actively participate in driving the vision for the broader platform. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company strategy. Be an expert on the domain, the market, and the trends in AI agents and enterprise administration. Evangelize the vision constantly so all collaborators are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.
  • Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. You will play a meaningful role in creating alignment between engineering and other groups, including Slack Platform, Agentforce Core Platform, and Salesforce Cloud teams.
  • Represent the customer and the builder. Be the champion for Admins and developers building on our platform. You'll tackle complex admin problems, own requirements, specifications, and release plans that serve their needs.
  • Strive for the best experience possible. Partner closely with engineering and UX to develop, test, launch, and iterate. Work with the technology team to deliver an extraordinary product that solves real-world challenges and gives admins peace of mind. Drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.
  • Measure success. A feature's release does not dictate success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it goes to development. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate product release communications for your area. Define expectations for engineering teams, align with cross-functional Salesforce teams, work closely with Product Marketing Managers to promote your products both internally and externally, and ensure a cohesive message.
  • Represent Salesforce as a domain and product authority at customer interactions, corporate events, and community forums.

Required Skills:

  • Min 5+ years of product management experience (or relevant experience).
  • Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch.
  • Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams at a technology company over multiple product releases.
  • Experience building Enterprise SaaS products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with the Slack platform, particularly for admins and developers is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise admin consoles, developer platforms, or AI/agent-based systems.
  • Familiarity with integrating complex enterprise systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical competence, and excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
