About the Role

Join us as a Showroom Sales Consultant, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through product selection, and help drive sales in a beautifully presented showroom.

You'll be the face of the brand, greeting customers warmly, offering expert advice, maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation, you'll contribute to sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, supports the team with administrative and showroom-based tasks, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless end-to-end experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every visitor
  • Assist customers with product enquiries and purchasing decisions
  • Meet and exceed showroom sales KPIs
  • Build genuine relationships and ensure strong follow-up to drive repeat business
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Ensure the showroom remains organised, polished and inviting
  • Process customer information and sales transactions accurately
  • Manage follow-up communication, CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Provide hospitality and create a professional, welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve business objectives

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years' experience in sales or retail (building/architectural market preferred)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in upselling, objection handling and closing sales
  • Excellent communication — both written and verbal
  • Hands-on, proactive and motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Advanced computer literacy; CRM experience highly regarded
