We're currently seeking a motivatedTrainer and Assessor with polywelding expertise who's ready to join a reputable and supportive business committed to safety, growth, and excellence in training. You Will:

  • Deliver accredited training programs in line with endorsed packages and RTO standards, including Polyethylene welding (Butt, Electrofusion, Extrusion)
  • Resolve participant grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide feedback to ensure trainees meet industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as required by company policies and procedures.
  • Travel to other eastern states as required to deliver training and support operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant trade qualification. Trade qualification in Plumbing is an advantage.
  • Holds a certificate IV in Training/Assessment
  • Butt and/or Electrofusion Welding Certificate
  • Current Driver's license
  • Experience and skills in butt, electrofusion, and extrusion welding
  • Experience in coaching and conducting QA/QC inspection
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening
